About the Position

We are seeking an Experienced Product Designer to help us solve complex design challenges across our platform, with a focus on rich, data-driven dashboards. You’ll work alongside other product teams and cross-functional teams to shape the future of our SecuriThings solutions.

This is more than a design role, it’s an opportunity to lead transformation. You’ll define UI patterns, visual structure, and interaction logic, helping take our platform to a new level of usability and polish. Your impact will be felt across every screen and workflow our users touch.

As part of the role you will have the opportunity to:

• Transform abstract ideas into clear, actionable design solutions
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to craft structured, efficient workflows that support complex user needs
• Help reimagine the user experience across dashboards and visually complex systems
• Influence roadmap discussions with user-first design thinking
• Contribute to and refine our existing design system
• Elevate the design culture by sharing inspiration, ideas, and best practices
• Balance user needs with business goals, and advocate for great UX across the company

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in product design, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and responsive UI
• A product mindset, you know how to ask the right questions and solve the right problems
• Strong visual and interaction design skills with attention to hierarchy, clarity and data visualization
• Experience designing for global, diverse user bases
• Proven experience working closely with frontend teams (advanced: understanding of web frameworks)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent) and experience maintaining a design system
• A portfolio that showcases work on complex dashboards, workflows, or B2B tools
