We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead design and experience for the next generation of private market investing - we're a group of builders and investors looking for a person with deep foundational product design experience, Figma expertise and a passion for building elegant, scalable design systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve key product experiences across our investment platform — from concept to high-fidelity execution.
• Design clean, intuitive UIs that help users navigate complex financial tools with confidence.
• Deep understanding on how to build, maintain, and extend Figma-based design systems, including components, variants, autolayout, and design tokens.
• Rapidly prototype user flows, interactions, and concepts for testing and iteration.
• Collaborate closely with our head of design and bridge the gap between engineering, and data teams to bring elegant solutions to market.
• Advocate for user needs and help translate strategic goals into scalable design decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of formal product design experience, ideally in a fast-paced digital product environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a design-related field (e.g., Product Design, Interaction Design, HCI, Graphic Design).
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including autolayout, nested components, variants, and rapid prototyping.
• Proven experience working with and evolving design systems.
• Strong visual design skills, with a high attention to detail and a clean, modern aesthetic.
• Experience translating complex information (ideally in fintech or data-heavy products) into simple, elegant user experiences.
• Excellent communication skills — able to clearly articulate design decisions and collaborate cross-functionally.
• A well-rounded portfolio demonstrating thoughtful product thinking and refined UI craft.
