Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience with Design for Manufacturability (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), statistical tolerance analysis, functional dimensioning, and geometric tolerancing, with a focus on high-volume manufacturing
• Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling systems
• Demonstrated ability to take products from concept to mass production

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience leading product design engineering teams on mass-produced products
• Interest in building and leading a team for future product development
• Ability to take ownership of the full product lifecycle
• Experience working in both large tech companies and startup environments
