Summary

In this Role, you’ll get to:

  • Support alternative business model advancement and the multi-channel strategy development by collaborating with product, R&D, user research and other cross-function teams.
  • Develop metrics and trackers to provide timely performance diagnostics to assessment.
  • Drive product portfolio localization and optimization through delivering the solid analysis on field force effectiveness and issues identification.
  • Support the exploration and assessments of business optimizations in terms of strategies and executions.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis to identify key trends of travel products; Test and monitor campaign performance and generate insights to discover new opportunities.
  • Conduct integrated analysis of market competition/business performance and generate actionable insights from data-driven perspective.


What you'll Need to Succeed:

  • Have the experience of finding data insight and provide business recommendations in presentation style not just through dashboard.
  • Results-driven, ambitious and able to work independently and adapt quickly to changing situations.
  • Excellent English communication skills and work collaboratively across organizations.
  • A growth mindset: data-driven, iterative optimization of acquisition, upsell and retention strategies.
  • 3+ Years of relevant work experience involving data or business analysis.
  • Strong knowledge in data visualization and analysis tool such as Tableau, Excel, Bigquery
  • Experience writing SQL queries.
  • Hold a bachelor degree or higher in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Science or Business.
