We are looking for a highly adaptable, self-motivated, and methodical Senior Producer to drive projects from enquiry and pitch through to final delivery. This role requires someone who can think ahead, problem-solve under pressure, and ensure smooth collaboration across all departments.
The Producer will be responsible for managing and coordinating various aspects of projects, serving as a liaison between departments, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality work to clients.

Responsibilities
1. Project Management:
- Oversee and manage high-value projects from inception to completion
- Coordinate activities between different departments including sales, production, technology, and finance
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
2. Client Relations:
- Act as a primary point of contact for key clients during production phases of work
- Manage client expectations and maintain positive relationships
- Address and resolve client concerns in a timely and professional manner
3. Quality Control:
- Implement and maintain quality control processes
- Conduct final reviews of deliverables before client submission
- Ensure all work meets company standards and client specifications
4. Interdepartmental Coordination:
- Facilitate effective communication between different teams and departments
- Align project goals with overall company objectives
- Resolve conflicts and address issues that may arise between departments
5. Financial Oversight:
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate billing and reporting
6. Team Management:
- Foster a positive and productive work environment
- Provide guidance and support to team members as needed
