Procurement Specialist – Technology Sourcing

Location: Mountain View, CA

Contract Duration: 12 months with possible extension

Pay: $50-$52/hr

Join client’s Technology Sourcing Operations team as a Procurement Specialist, where you'll play a key role in executing sourcing strategies across hardware, IT/telecom, and software categories. This individual contributor role focuses on managing mid- to lower-dollar transactions, supporting category leaders, and ensuring compliance through vendor security reviews, contract execution, and RFI/RFP processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute sourcing activities with a focus on efficiency, cost savings, and compliance.
• Lead contract reviews, negotiations, and administration.
• Manage RFI/RFPs, price benchmarking, and cost analysis.
• Ensure compliance with data security and risk policies.
• Manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in strategic sourcing and/or contract management.
• Proficient in ERP and Source-to-Pay tools (e.g., Coupa) and G-Workspace.
• Experience with AI/ML tools; G-Gemini Advanced is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with global vendors and cross-cultural negotiations.
