Job Title: Senior Manager - Contracts and Procurement

Location: Mumbai

Department: Operations Procurement & Contracts

Reports to: Development Head

Job Summary: The position is responsible for overseeing the procurement strategy, contract management, and supplier relationships for construction projects. This role ensures that procurement activities are cost-effective, efficient, and aligned with business objectives while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Mandatory Requirement:

• Procurement focus preferably from residential asset class.
• Club House experience.
• PAN India exposure preferred.
• MMR and NCR market exposure is a must.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in procurement and contracts management, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proven experience in handling large-scale construction projects.
