Main Responsibilities

As a Senior Process Engineer at Managem, you will play a strategic role in the design, development, and optimization of industrial processes. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth studies to ensure the technical and economic viability of projects, from the scoping phase to detailed engineering. You will be involved in innovative, high-value-added projects for the Group and serve as a key support for Managem's subsidiaries.

• Develop and oversee process studies in collaboration with laboratories, including defining design criteria, creating flow sheets, performing material balances, and sizing equipment.
• Write technical specifications and estimate investment (CAPEX) and operating (OPEX) costs for projects.
• Ensure the quality and rigor of process studies at various phases: strategic scoping, pre-feasibility, feasibility, and detailed engineering.
• Master specialized software for process sizing to guarantee optimal technical solutions.
• Participate in the commissioning of new projects, ensuring their smooth progress and compliance with performance requirements.
• Provide constant technical support to the subsidiaries of the MANAGEM Group to ensure operational efficiency and continuous improvement of industrial processes.
• Collaborate closely with project teams and other technical departments to ensure the proper integration of process studies into the overall project.
  
  

Required Skills

• Expertise in industrial processes
• Proficiency in process simulation and sizing software (such as Aspen, Hysys, ProSim, etc.)
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Leadership and project management skills
  
  

Education & Experience

• Engineering degree in Process or Chemical Engineering
• At least 5 years of proven experience in the industry, ideally in a mining environment, particularly in managing complex technical projects and equipment sizing.
