Job Description:

· Communicating with Patient's Insurance.

· Understanding the additional guidelines which might affect the coverage.

· Obtaining the benefit information on required template.

Eligibility Criteria:

· Education: Undergraduate / Graduate or equivalent.

·· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.

· Capacity to work with sensitive patient information while maintaining confidentiality.

· Ability to work in US Shift Timings (Night Shift) from 6:30 pm to 3:30 am Mon to Fri.

· Experience upto maximum 3 years is must in dental.
