Location: Sunnyvale, CA Posted: Jan 9th, 2018 Position Description Design solutions to automate Platform Services related tasks Bridge communication between users of different levels and departments Handle external customer communication regarding OS and compiler support Ability to build and debug compiler related issues in multi-platform Plan and define OS compute platform standard for company products, based on information collected from stakeholders Communicate with external OS vendors and the open source community to coordinate bug fixes or enhancements requests Be the first level of support for Unix environment issues Requirements 10+ years of experience in the Configuration Management or IT areas 5+ years on the EDA industry BSEE or related areas, MSEE preferred Familiar with Perforce, Clearcase and other source code management tools Knowledge of software configuration management concepts/process Experience with scripting programming and Makefile.
