Visionwaves is seeking a Senior Presales / Solution Architect specializing in OSS/BSS/AI, based in Indore (India). The Solution Architect will work closely with international Visionwaves Sales team and support them in their business development activities Worldwide. He/She will play crucial role in bridging the gap between technical solutions and business needs, particularly within the telecommunications, OSS/BSS, AI and related industries. Core Responsibilities:

• Technical Sales Support:
• Providing expert technical guidance and support throughout the sales process.
• Conducting technical presentations and demonstrations of Visionwaves OSS/BSS/AI solutions.
• Responding to technical inquiries from potential clients.
• Preparing technical answers of RFPs (Requests for Proposal) and RFIs (Requests for Information).
• Solution Design and Architecture:
• Designing and architecting tailored OSS/BSS/AI solutions to meet specific customer requirements.
• Analyzing customer business processes and identifying areas for improvement through technology.
• Creating detailed solution documentation, including architecture diagrams and technical specifications.
• Leveraging AI technologies to enhance OSS/BSS functionalities and provide intelligent automation.
• Working with the Sales team to create required product presentations and marketing material.
• Customer Engagement:
• Working closely with the international Sales team and support them in their customer engagement.
• Conducting workshops along with the Sales team as well as discovery sessions to gather requirements.
• Articulating the value proposition of Visionwaves OSS/BSS/AI solutions for technical audiences.
• Acting as a subject matter expert.
• Collaboration:
• Working with sales teams to develop winning sales strategies.
• Collaborating with local product development and engineering teams in Indore to ensure solution feasibility.
• Staying Current:
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in OSS/BSS and AI.
• Researching and evaluating competitive solutions

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise:
• Strong understanding of OSS (Operations Support Systems) and BSS (Business Support Systems) concepts and architectures.
• Knowledge of AI and machine learning technologies and their application in telecommunications and other industries (government, security agencies, oil and gas, enterprises).
• Experience with cloud platforms and technologies.
• Familiarity with telecommunications industry standards and protocols.
• Business Acumen:
• Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• PreSales/Sales oriented mindset.
• Experience:
• Proven experience in a presales or solution architect role, preferably in the telecommunications and AI industry.
• Experience with OSS/BSS software and platforms.
