About the Job: We are seeking a talented Senior Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic team. You will develop applications using Microsoft Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Copilot Studio, Power Pages, and Dynamics 365. These solutions optimize various organizational processes, showcasing the transformative power of technology!

Responsibilities:

• Application Development: Create, customize, configure, and integrate applications using Microsoft Power Platform tools.
• Data Management: Utilize Microsoft Dataverse for effective data management.
• Requirements and Optimization: Gather functional requirements, optimize performance, and troubleshoot issues.
• Documentation and Support: Maintain best practices documentation and provide technical support to end-users.
• Governance and Community Engagement: Contribute to Power Platform governance, COE setup, and run communities to share best practices.
• Innovation: Develop POCs with the latest Microsoft releases, AI models, and solutions, and utilize business process flows.
• Environment Settings and Security: Understand environment settings and security in Power Apps.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3-7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Excel, etc.).
• Proactive and Driven: Ability to be proactive, self-driven, and motivated.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills for communicating technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Delivery Models: Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
• UI/UX and Project Management: Understanding of UI/UX concepts, Azure DevOps, and agile project management.
• Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Certifications: PL-100, PL-200, PL-300, PL-400 certifications are a plus.
• Integration: Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
• AI Models: Working knowledge or experience in AI models.
