Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Power Automate Developer/ Lead with 5–7 years of overall experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and a strong 2–3 years of hands-on expertise in Power Automate . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end automation solutions, driving efficiency and innovation across business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Automation Strategy
- Leverage extensive experience as a Power Automate Lead to drive automation strategy and architectural direction.
- Provide expert technical mentorship to development teams, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
- Support Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives for RPA standardization, best practices, and asset reuse.
- Process Analysis & Implementation
- Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and propose optimized, scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and create process and solution design documents (PDDs/SDDs).
- Ensure developed solutions adhere to enterprise security, compliance, and data privacy standards.
- Technical Design & Development
- Design and develop automation workflows using Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flows.
- Integrate Power Automate with Microsoft 365 services, Google Workspace, APIs, databases, and legacy systems.
- Implement robust API integrations to support end-to-end process automation.
- Apply DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Azure DevOps.
- Testing, Support & Troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to bot performance, exceptions, and production incidents.
- Ensure reliability, stability, and performance of automation in production environments.
- Documentation & Governance
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture, design patterns, workflows, and version control.
- Follow governance standards to ensure consistent bot lifecycle management and change control.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams for smooth systems integration.
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Power Automate Desktop with RPA background
- 5–7 years overall in RPA (UiPath is a plus).
- Strong experience in Power Automate Cloud flows , connectors, and expressions
- Solid understanding of RPA design principles, exception handling, and logging mechanisms
- Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript) and APIs (REST/SOAP)
- Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, G Sheet and G Drive) , Microsoft 365 ecosystem – SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in teams
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Additional Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform RPA Developer Associate
- Experience with Power BI , Power Apps , or Dataverse
- Exposure to agile development practices and tools like Azure DevOps
