The Senior Portfolio Manager is responsible for leading the middle market underwriting and management of portfolio of credits with varying complexity. In addition to managing credit risk, the Senior Portfolio Manager will focus on exceptional customer service to retain clients and find opportunities to grow the loan and deposit base of existing client relationships. The Senior Portfolio Manager will also work to train and mentor less experienced Portfolio Managers as appropriately. Professional / Educational Experience: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in a related field and minimum 7-10 year's relevant banking experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. The hiring pay range for this position is $128,976.00 to $180,562.00. In addition to the pay range listed, all bank positions are eligible for incentive compensation, which varies based on role. The pay rate for a successful applicant depends on a variety of factors including but not limited to geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
