Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Engineer (Platform) to join our technical team. This role is

responsible for implementing and supporting enterprise platform solutions, including servers, storage,

virtualization, and cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will take technical ownership in project delivery and provide

advanced support to ensure the stability, performance, and scalability of customer IT environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise platforms (servers, storage systems, virtualization, and cloud

environments).

• Act as a technical lead on infrastructure implementation projects.

• Work with Solution Consultants and Architects to translate designs into working solutions.

• Perform system upgrades, patch management, and performance tuning.

• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and provide root cause analysis.

• Prepare technical documentation including implementation plans and operation manuals.

• Provide post-deployment support and knowledge transfer to clients.

• Ensure compliance with best practices for security, backup, and disaster recovery.

• Support R&D activities and internal labs to evaluate new platforms and technologies.

• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the team.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in platform engineering, systems administration, or IT

infrastructure.

• In-depth experience with:

• Operating Systems: Linux (RHEL/CentOS/AlmaLinux/Ubuntu), Windows Server

• Virtualization: KVM, vSphere/ESXi, Proxmox VE

• Storage: SAN/NAS systems (Hitachi, Dell EMC, HPE, NetApp, Brocade)

• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or private cloud (OpenStack)

• Experience with automation tools ( Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, Bash scripting) is a plus.

• Strong understanding of networking basics (TCP/IP, VLAN, routing).

• Familiar with IT security and system hardening practices.

• Able to handle project delivery independently with minimal supervision.

• Good documentation and communication skills.
