About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to build intelligent agentic workflows from the ground up. You’ll design the infrastructure and tools that power AI automation—integrating frameworks like OpenAI and LangChain, deploying scalable cloud-native systems, and creating robust pipelines to support real-world logistics operations. You'll collaborate with a tight-knit group of engineers and operators to bring new ideas to life and solve critical business problems at scale.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Architecting and scaling infrastructure that supports low-latency, high-throughput AI workflows across logistics systems ⚙️
• Designing modular AI agents that handle document extraction, portal interaction, and voice-based automation 🤖
• Building robust APIs, pipelines, and backend systems that make these agents accessible and usable in production 🔗
• Working with frameworks like OpenAI, LangChain, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) to deliver intelligent systems that augment human workflows ☁️
• Contributing to a high-trust engineering culture that values experimentation, clarity, and continuous improvement 🛠

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ years of full-stack/platform engineering experience with proven ability to build production systems that scale 💻
• Hands-on experience with AI or ML platforms, especially involving automation or agentic workflows 🤓
• Fluency with TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, and major cloud platforms 🌐
• Strong architectural thinking and an eagerness to work on hard technical problems that drive meaningful business value 🧠
• A collaborative mindset and comfort working in a fast-moving hybrid startup environment 💬
