We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Welder to join our team. The Welder will be responsible for joining, cutting, and repairing metal and other materials using welding equipment. The ideal candidate should be able to work with various welding techniques, read blueprints or technical drawings, and follow safety protocols to ensure high-quality and durable work.

Essential Responsibilities

Position Summary: Oversee the planning, implementation, and completion of projects within our organization, Boiler Tube of America/ Babcock Power. The Senior Plant Manager’s primary role is to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

• Developing project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines and resource requirements. Assembling and leading project teams, assigning tasks, and setting clear roles and responsibilities. Tracking project progress, identifying potential risks or obstacles, and implementing corrective actions as needed to keep the project on track.
• Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and satisfy client or stakeholder requirements.
  
  

Job Requirements / Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management or related field. MBA a plus
  
  

5+ years of experience in project manager role Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control techniques to monitor project expenditures, optimize resource utilization, and ensure projects remain within budget.

• Capability to align project objectives with broader organizational goals, anticipate future needs, and develop strategic plans to achieve long-term success.
