Job Title: Senior Full-Stack Developer (Laravel + React)
Location: Lado Sarai, Saket, Delhi (On-Site Role)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced Full-Stack Developer with expertise in Laravel, PHP, and modern frontend frameworks to build dynamic, scalable web applications. You will be working across D2C e-commerce platforms, enterprise dashboards, and integrated digital systems. This is a hands-on development role with added responsibility to lead technical discussions, collaborate with clients, and mentor junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop full-stack web applications using Laravel (PHP) for backend and React for frontend.
Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable codebases for complex client projects.
Build and consume RESTful APIs and third-party integrations including payment gateways, CRMs, and shipping partners.
Optimize database performance and write complex SQL queries using MySQL.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
Manage and mentor junior developers; conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
Communicate with clients to gather requirements, give demos, and ensure project alignment.
Participate in architectural planning and contribute to the DevOps and deployment pipeline.
Stay up-to-date with the latest tools, trends, and best practices in Laravel and front-end technologies.
Requirements:
5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
Expert in PHP, Laravel, and MVC architecture.
Strong experience in JavaScript, React, and working knowledge of Node.js.
Proficient in MySQL, database design, performance optimization, and writing stored procedures.
Familiar with version control (Git), package managers (Composer, NPM), and build tools.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, DigitalOcean, or Azure.
Solid understanding of API development, authentication (OAuth/JWT), and session management.
Experience working with eCommerce platforms, shopping carts, checkout flows, and admin dashboards.
Good communication skills – ability to handle client interactions and manage a development team.
Familiar with agile methodologies and sprint planning.
