Key Responsibilities:

• Lead performance testing using tools like JMeter (essential), NeoLoad, or Gatling.
• Analyze system performance — memory, CPU, disk, network, and throughput.
• Design test strategies across load, stress, spike, and endurance scenarios.
• Use APM tools like Elastic APM, Instana, Datadog, or New Relic.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to embed performance into the CI/CD process.
• Champion best practices, automation, and innovation in performance testing.

What We’d Love to See:

• Familiarity with Kafka, Couchbase, PostgreSQL, AWS, Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like TeamCity, Bitbucket, Jenkins.
• Exposure to the gaming industry (bonus, not a must).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
