We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Performance Engineer with 8–12 years of expertise in performance engineering, particularly focused on diagnosing, analyzing, and resolving system performance issues across a variety of layers. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in profiling, database tuning, application monitoring, and cloud-based microservices performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize 8–12 years of experience in performance engineering to assess and improve application performance.
• Perform code profiling, database query tuning, and POD scaling to enhance system efficiency.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot performance issues across UI, application, database, network, and messaging layers.
• Conduct root cause analysis at the code level and recommend actionable performance improvements.
• Work hands-on with application performance monitoring (APM) tools such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana, Kibana, and Splunk.
• Perform performance tuning of microservices running on Kubernetes.
• Manage and optimize applications hosted on AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Integrate and run performance tests within CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab).
• Design and execute performance testing scenarios including load, endurance, and scalability testing using NeoLoad, LoadRunner, and JMeter.
• Monitor and analyze system/application behavior under load to identify and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Develop custom utilities and enhance existing frameworks to support performance engineering activities.
• Experience in AI/ML/LLM technologies is a plus.
• Prior experience in the Healthcare domain is a value-added advantage.
