Title: Senior PeopleSoft Function Analyst

Location: Houston, Texas

Key Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and enhance PeopleSoft HCM (Payroll, Benefits, GL).

Identify and implement system improvements to enhance efficiency.

Collaborate with HR, IT, and stakeholders to analyze workflows and recommend solutions.

Diagnose and resolve system issues to minimize disruptions.

Lead testing efforts for updates, upgrades, and implementations.

Provide guidance and training to users as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

Support other PeopleSoft HR modules as required.

✔ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

✔ 5+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft HCM experience, specifically Payroll, Benefits, and GL.

✔ Proficiency in PS Query, system configuration, and reporting tools.

✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

✔ Ability to learn and implement new systems independently.
