We’re looking for a skilled and dependable Senior Payroll Processor to join our payroll team in the fleet management industry. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while serving as a resource and mentor to other payroll staff.

Senior Payroll Processor Duties
Perform analysis, preparation, and entry of all payroll data to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
Ensure compliance with state and federal wage and hour laws
Support and guide Payroll Processors on payroll procedures, best practices, and regulatory compliance
Troubleshoot payroll discrepancies and provide resolution in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, accounting, and other departments as needed
Senior Payroll Processor Qualifications
Proven experience in multi-state payroll processing, preferably in a high-volume environment
In-depth knowledge of federal and state wage and hour laws
Experience with payroll systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, or similar)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Ability to manage deadlines and handle confidential information with discretion
