The job in short
As a Senior Partner Marketing Manager at Backbase, you will be responsible for driving joint marketing initiatives and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies with our global strategic partners, including Management Consulting Firms, Technology Partners, Ecosystem Partners, Cloud Service Providers and Global Systems Integrators. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across the Partner team, Sales, and Marketing function to plan, develop, and execute co-branded campaigns that enhance pipeline growth, partner engagement, and Backbase’s brand awareness. You will also work closely with senior external stakeholders across our strategic partner network to support ideation and execution of joint campaigns and go-to-market motions.
You will manage the Market Development Fund (MDF) budget, oversee partner marketing tools, and ensure that partners are well represented in both regional and global Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives. This role is pivotal to scaling Backbase's partner ecosystem and driving mutual success through marketing collaboration.
