This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior OTM Technical Consultant/Lead/Architect located in New Delhi with some work-from-home flexibility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) technical implementations, leading project teams, and providing architectural guidance. Daily tasks include requirement analysis, solution design, technical consulting, and ensuring the successful execution of OTM projects. Collaboration with clients and internal teams to enhance business processes and provide specialized consulting services will also be key responsibilities.

• Experience in Enterprise Project Management (EPM) and Business Processes
• Expertise in Order Management and Oracle Applications
• Skills in Consulting and providing technical guidance
• Proficient in requirement analysis and solution design
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to manage and lead project teams effectively
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) are a plus
