Summary

Job Description

Candidate should have more than 10 years of experience with OTM product. Should have implemented OTM with clients in various roles as a consultant, architect etc. Candidate should demonstrate clear understanding of end to end cycle involving logistics processes along with other functions such as Order Management, Freight settlement. Should understand various flavors of logistics and transportation processes across industries, regions, customers. Candidate will be required to handle presales activities for OTM in a team to come out with solutions/efforts, prepare proposals, contribute to various internal initiatives.

Responsibilities

Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement/solution/presales/demo Oracle Transportation Management, Global Trade Management to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on customer engagements. May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for projects.
