Summary

Innovacx is hiring experienced Oracle Fusion Financial Specialists to lead and drive Oracle ERP implementations for our global enterprise clients. You will play a key role in Oracle ERP Cloud module implementations, ensuring seamless integration and functionality with other business applications.

Facets of the Responsibilities

Business Requirement Analysis & Solution Design :
* Gather and document business requirements using AIM/OUM methodologies for seamless solution delivery.
* Conduct fit-gap analysis, design reviews, and CRP (Conference Room Pilot) sessions to assess and address business needs.

Oracle Fusion Financials Implementation :
* Configure and manage Oracle Fusion Financial modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), Expenses & Projects.
* Lead end-to-end Oracle ERP implementation projects, ensuring timely execution and system efficiency.

Technical & Integration Support :
* Manage data conversions, integrations, and RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).
* Conduct performance testing, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure optimal system functionality.

Client Engagement & Training:
* Deliver end-user training and provide post-go-live support for successful adoption.
* Ensure solution design, implementation, and project milestone delivery align with business objectives and timelines.

An Ideal candidate:
* Minimum 5 years in Oracle ERP Financials, with at least 3+ years in Fusion Financials.
* Master’s/ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* Proven track record in at least 3 full-cycle implementations on Fusion Financials.
* Strong expertise in GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Projects modules.
* Proficiency in PL/SQL, Reports, XML Publisher, and Oracle Forms.
* Experience in data conversion, system integrations, and performance troubleshooting.
* Knowledge of APEX, OAF, and other Oracle tools is a plus. Proficiency in Oracle methodology, procedures, and best practices.
* Ability to design and configure detailed solutions
* Strong problem-solving and independent judgment skills.
* Leadership skills to guide teams and act as a trusted consultant to clients.
* Excellent communication and client-handling abilities; ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
