What We're Looking For

• Graduated from Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mathematical Engineering Departments or Engineering Departments of Universities
• At least 4-6 years of experience in DBA,
• Oracle Database Knowledge is a must,
• Able to analyze root causes of the problems considering infrastructure as well as storage, hardware and operating system levels to achieve solutions,
• Able to give consultation to development teams for the performance and effective SQL and PLSQL codes,
• Able to understand and design ERD diagrams,
• Knowledge of all Oracle backup and recovery scenarios, security management, Oracle data integrity,
• Knowledge in Oracle Enterprise Manager Grid Control and/or DB Console is a must,
• Experience in Data-guard and disaster recovery scenarios,
• Experience in the usage of RMAN and backup/restore scenarios,
• Very good knowledge and experience in ASM and Oracle RAC,
• Able to add/remove nodes to an existing Oracle RAC environment,
• SQL and PLSQL knowledge is a must,
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines,
• Strong analytical skills

What You'll Do

• Design and implement database redundancy and capabilities such as database replication, mirroring, clustering, horizontally scaling and other related technologies,
• Perform data backup & restore operations of Platform Oracle Database,
• Perform general technical troubleshooting and give consultation to development teams,
• Perform database tuning and performance monitoring and plan growth and changes (capacity planning),
• Create primary database storage structures (tablespaces) after the application developers have designed an application,
• Take care of the Database design and implementation,
• Installation, configuration, and upgrading of Oracle server software and related products,
• Responsible for fully supporting Oracle and necessary databases to; ensure availability, performance, and security
