Job Overview:


Beltone Holding is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant – Solution Manager to join our IT Department. In this role, you will be responsible for the ongoing support, optimization, and advancement of our Oracle Fusion HCM applications across Beltone Holding and its subsidiaries.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the Solution Manager and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
  • Provide end-to-end functional and technical support across the following modules:
  • Core Human Resources (Core HR)
  • Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
  • Oracle Fusion Payroll
  • Talent Management
  • Absence Management
  • Compensation Management
  • Time and Labor
  • Workforce Modeling and Predictions (PBCS)
  • Benefits Administration
  • Oracle Learning and development
  • Collaborate with internal HR, Payroll, and IT teams to assess needs, design solutions, and implement configurations.
  • Lead the delivery of enhancements, updates, and integrations, ensuring data consistency and system stability.
  • Manage testing cycles, impact analysis, and rollouts related to Oracle quarterly updates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, optimize processes, and suggest improvements to maximize the system’s value.
  • Maintain system documentation, provide end-user training, and ensure alignment with company policies and local labor laws.
  • Stay up to date with Oracle Cloud best practices and recommend relevant innovations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
  • Successfully finalized at least two (2) full end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
  • Functional & Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of HCM business processes and how they translate into Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Strong configuration and troubleshooting experience across Core HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Performance Management, and additional modules listed above.
  • Experience managing Oracle Cloud quarterly patches, upgrades, and release testing.
  • Familiarity with data security, user roles, approval workflows, and HCM data loading (HDL).
