* Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Sales Operations, and IT to understand business needs and help implement scalable, compliant solutions.
* Contribute to the design and execution of system enhancements, integrations, and custom reporting, including those related to automated revenue recognition and revenue event processing.
* Assist in the development and documentation of controls and procedures in alignment with SOX compliance and IT General Controls (ITGCs).
* Participate in testing, validation, and deployment of ERP changes, working alongside other team members and external partners.
* Provide day-to-day support to end users by troubleshooting system issues and recommending long-term fixes.
* Support financial close activities by ensuring data integrity and timely availability of key reports and reconciliations.
* Collaborate with external Oracle support and consultants to resolve escalated issues as needed.
* Help maintain detailed system documentation, test cases, and training materials.
What you should have

* Solid understanding of P2P and Q2C business cycles and their cross-functional dependencies.

* Experience supporting SOX compliance and maintaining effective IT General Controls.
* Skilled in Oracle tools such as SQL, OTBI, FBDI, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
* Experience with Oracle Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) is highly recommended.
