SAP SuccessFactors Consultant - Hybrid - Netherlands-Based (Fluent Dutch Required)

We're working with a down-to-earth, people-first consultancy that's growing fast and making waves in the SAP SuccessFactors space. With a strong focus on quality and team wellbeing, they're now looking to bring on an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join their close-knit team.

This is a flexible role (32-40 hours) offering real autonomy, a variety of projects, and loads of support for your personal and professional development.

What You'll Be Doing

• Configuring and implementing SuccessFactors modules
• Advising clients on how to optimize their HR processes during cloud migrations and upgrades
• Collaborating with a supportive internal team, with your own mentor to guide your development
• Occasionally visiting clients across the Netherlands when needed

What You Need to Have

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (HCM experience also fine)
• Configuration experience is a must
• Confident client communicator
• Fluent Dutch (C1+) and strong English (B2+)
