Senior Operations System Engineer position

Profile :

• 3+ years of professional experience in systems engineering
• Very good knowledge of Windows server environments and server virtualisation
• Familiar with network technologies such as VPN, switching & routing
• Experience in PowerShell scripting

Language :

• German : C1, fluent
• English : B2, professional

Responsibilities :

• Responsibility for looking after customer enquiries in 3rd level support, in particular for critical operating processes and complex faults
• Operation and maintenance of cloud and system platforms in the company's own data centre
• Implementation and further development of automation solutions to increase efficiency
• Technical management in the further development of the data centre infrastructure and central role in the operations team
