The Senior Associate of Operations to support the day-to-day activities of the Private Debt Operations team and portfolios. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, with a background in financial services and knowledge of leveraged loans.

Responsibilities

• Monitor loan settlements and track amendments
• Assist with roll-forward of credit facility borrowing bases, monthly and quarterly reporting, covenant compliance, and waterfall process
• Support the management of cash accounts to maintain target cash balances and ensure sufficient liquidity for daily needs
• Serve as a point of contact for daily inquiries from administrators, custodians, and various third parties
• Identify continued process and reporting enhancements

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience within financial services, preferably with credit experience
• Experience with leveraged loans
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
