Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily operations to ensure compliance while meeting customer needs and staying within budget
• Improving management systems and implementing best practices
• Managing inventory, purchasing supplies, and ensuring warehouse efficiency
• Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
• Developing strategic and operational objectives to drive the company forward
• Analyzing financial data to identify opportunities for increased profitability
• Preparing and managing budgets, forecasts, and operational costs
• Conducting quality control measures and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Recruiting, training, and supervising team members

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as an Operations Manager, preferably in cleaning services, facilities management, or property management
• Possess knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management principles
• With experience in managing operational budget and forecast
• Familiarity with business and financial concepts
• Strong communication skills
• Effective leadership capabilities
