Job Descriptions:

• Receive MS Excel file from all Stores in Skype.
• Print out damaged item list and send to QM Store for checking.
• Pump file into the system.
• Receive ARN from Stores and key in to excel system for record.
• Follow up the tasks and reply all messages in Skype.
• Key in data and do checking.
• Check the emails of issue feedback.
• Handle the quality issues received.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in any field of studies.
• At least 1 year experience in Quality Management related job is preferred.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (Spoken) as the role is required to liaise with Mandarin speaking suppliers.
• Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Offices, especially in MS Excel.
• Prior experience in QUBE system is a plus.
• Good Communication skill.
• Possess own transport.
• Good time management and willing to learn new skill.
