• Optimize network performance and reliability by maintaining hardware and software, analyzing technical issues, and ensuring availability to system users
• Manage the design, installation, and management of organization-wide local area network, wide area network, network segment, and internet system
• Troubleshooting Application access, slowness, reachability and performance related.
• Implementing net flow & SNMP�
• Raising and Implementing Change Control, preparing a knowledge base for all the incidents, change and problems resolved
• Provide L3 support on Routers/Switches (Cisco, 7200, 3800, 2600 Series routers & catalyst switches 3750, 4503, 6500, 9200, 9300)
• Provide L3 support on wireless controller and access points of Aruba and Cisco.
• Provide L3 support on Firewall (CISCO ASA and FortiGate)
• Configuration of Routers with Routing Protocols BGP, OSPF and diverting the traffic using ACLs, Route-Map when required
• Configuration of SNMP, NetFlow and IP accounting in case of commissioning of new link thereby reporting to the customer on regular basis regarding the flow of network
• Configuring and troubleshooting FortiGate firewalls (FortiGate 1240B, 1000C, 620B, 600D, 310B) related issues like port opening, port forwarding etc.
• Installation and configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco firewall ASA, 5505 & 5510 series, configuration of NAT and PAT configuration
• provide L3 support on F5 load balancer (Global Traffic Management (GTM)t & Local Traffic Management (LTM)
• Participate in team on-call coverage rotation�Of primary importance is an excellent customer facing attitude & presence
• Incident/change/problem management related to network infrastructure
• Provide Root cause analysis for all the critical and major incidents
• Provide specific technology support, building, configuring and administration of environments (LAN devices) & tools and involve in implementing new projects to support applications and business teams.
• Problem, Change & Configuration management.
• Coordinate with TAC Teams, 3rd Party Vendors
