• Implementing and managing security solutions, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.

• Mentoring junior engineers and fostering technical excellence across the team.

You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:

• Over 10 years’ hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex enterprise networks.
• Deep expertise with protocols like TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs, and QoS.
• Strong understanding of network security and performance monitoring tools (e.g. SolarWinds, Wireshark, Cisco Prime).
• Familiarity with cloud networking, virtualisation, and SDN technologies.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g. CCNP, CCIE, JNCIE) - highly regarded.
• A calm, analytical mindset and a passion for solving complex problems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate tech talk into clear business language.
