Shift – 8 AM – 5 PM

Job Requirements :

• Project Role : Application Developer
• Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
• Must have Skills : Genesys Engage (Not Genesys Cloud)

Job Requirements :

• Assist in assembling and configuring new personal computer hardware ie system units monitor expansion boards network interface cards modems printers etc when it is received from vendors
• Install and configure commercially licensed PC application software along with various required system files and utilities according to approved specifications standards and procedures
• Perform asset management functions for all computer related assets according to current policies and procedures
• Provide support for hardware software and or network connectivity problems
• Maintain problem status for each problem ticket assigned according to current standards and specifications
• Obtain patches fixes and product updates with appropriate hardware and software vendors through telephone contact bulletin boards and or Internet services

The work: L2/L3 Enterprise Network Support

• 16 x 5 + On-call for P1/P2
• Availability and performance events monitoring and detection
• Change request processing for soft MACDs (moves, adds, changes, and deletes)
• Network incidence response, troubleshooting, and resolution
• Statistical reports on network outage impact
• Design, protocol, and routing of IPT/PBX/ Contact Center maintenance
• Telecom expense management
• Network user configuration
• Deploy switches and Access Point.
• Coordination with circuit providers
• Vulnerability management co-worked with Cyber-Security team
• Providing network voice support via Ring Central
• Maintaining number assignments mapping
• Configuring voice ports/devices

Here's what you'll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or other related fields.
• At least 2-5 years of proven experience on the following technologies:
• o Ring Central o Genesys o Velo SDWAN o Cisco switches, WLC and WAPs
