Responsibilities -

• Configure and maintain Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure
• Support network security through VPNs, firewalls, and SD-WAN
• Troubleshoot Level 2 and Level 3 network incidents
• Work on public cloud networking (AWS/Azure), and maintain network documentation
• Be part of a collaborative, global IT team

Qualifications - Education details

Required Skills

• CCNA Certification (Required)
• Strong hands-on experience (5+ years) with Cisco networking gear
• Proficiency in BGP, OSPF, IP networking, VPNs
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
• A passion for technology and continuous learning

Preferred Skills

• CCNP Certification
• Cisco FTD/ASA, Wireless Controllers, Viptela SD-WAN
• F5 LTM/GTM, Cisco ISE, Cloud networking (AWS/Azure)
• Network documentation using Microsoft Visio
