Skills: Qualifications:

• College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science and/or 5 to 8 years equivalent work experience
• Industry recognised qualifications including but not limited to Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Check Point Certified Security Administrator (CCSA), and Microsoft
• Avaya / Extreme
• Checkpoint / Palo Alto
• Netscaler ADC
  
  

Technical Skills:

• WAN technologies (MPLS, Dynamic Routing, SD-WAN) Azure / Other Cloud providers
• LAN technologies (Extreme Appliances, SPBM, Dynamic Routing)
• Wireless technologies like Aerohive
• Security appliances (Palo Alto, Checkpoint)
• Load Balancers (Alteon, Citrix ADC) and WAN Optimisers (Riverbed)
• System Management technologies; SolarWinds
• Cloud base Internet proxy solutions (zScaler)
• Significant experience supporting large/enterprise level Infrastructures
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to achieve prompt resolution
• A good knowledge of current business trends and potential technical ramifications of changing business environments on current and future technology.
