• Solid Python experience (automation scripting is key!)
• Excellent verbal communication, explain detailed tech clearly and confidently
• Deep hands-on with Routers & Switches, especially automating this stack
• Nxos, STP, and if you know VxLAN, you’re the unicorn we’re after
• Proven Cisco Technologies expertise
• Experience with Network Automation Projects (big plus!)
• Bonus points for Homelab passion projects
• Familiarity with AWS Networking is highly desirable
