Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience

• Strong analytical and demonstration skills to solve problems in creative ways

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work and contribute effectively in teams

• Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies

• Supports and resolves programming problems and incidents, if necessary provides on call or face to face support

• Working with partners to develop solutions

• Responsible for mentoring, coding, testing, and deployment of projects

• Does not need to discover world again for logging, caching, exception handling etc.

• This position is suitable for working in Istanbul or remotely

Technical Requirements

• Solid foundation in software design, object-oriented programming, data structures and algorithms

• Strong knowledge of TDD, Refactoring, Clean Code, Clean Architecture, Design Patterns, Code Review etc.

• Strong knowledge and experience in .Net Core and C#

• Proven understanding of micro-services oriented architecture and extensible REST APIs

• Experience in Dapper, Entity Framework or/and other ORM frameworks

• Experience in some of the NoSql technologies such as Redis, Couchbase, MongoDB, ElasticSearch etc.

• Experience in some of the RDBMS technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL etc.

• Experience in some of the MQ technologies such as RabbitMQ, Kafka

• Experience in database design, implementation, programming and tuning

• Experience in using source control systems such as Git etc.

• Experience in project tracking applications such as Jira etc.

Nice-to-Have Requirements

• Docker & Kubernetes knowledge is a big plus

• Hands-on experience in CI/CD pipelines such as Bitbucket, TeamCity, Octopus

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
