The Senior Multimedia Designer under Marketing Communications Division (MarComm) is responsible for -

• Planning and conceptualizing graphics for digital campaigns
• Developing and creating appealing/memorable digital visual arts
• Collaborating and assisting in the overall creative direction of the Company
• Conceptualizing innovative yet elegant visuals based on MarComm and Merchandising requirements; preparing and presenting various ideas and rough drafts
• Developing illustrations and other designs using software or by hand, applying appropriate colors and layouts
• Finalizing the approved design template including coloring, lay out, and print design as well as submitting to MarComm
• Working closely with Merchandising team to ensure clear, consistent visual impact and messaging to finalize designs
• Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies
• Researching and experimenting digital and graphic trends
• Supporting the Marketing team with additional support beyond scope of work (if needed)

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Advertising or similar.

Experience

• At least 2 years relevant work experience preferably with background in handling luxury beauty and fashion brands.
• With background on digital marketing, social media management (Facebook, Instagram, & TikTok)

Skills & Knowledge

• Creative and design software (specifically Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop etc.)
• Strong design and artistic sensibility
• Digital savvy and social media addict
• Knowledge in Microsoft and Google Suite platforms
