About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Motion & Graphic Visualizer to lead high-impact visual storytelling for our clients. You’ll transform creative concepts into compelling motion graphics, videos, and digital designs while pushing the boundaries of innovation. Your expertise in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop will drive campaigns that captivate audiences and elevate brand narratives.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Design & Motion Graphics:

• Create stunning motion graphics, animations, and video edits for ads, social media, and campaigns.
• Develop static visuals (banners, infographics, UI mockups) using Photoshop/Illustrator.
• Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables.

✅ Creative Leadership:

• Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and clients to brainstorm and execute ideas.
• You can proactively suggest cutting-edge design trends and techniques to wow clients.

✅ Project Management:

• Handle multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining top-tier quality.
• Guide junior designers and freelancers when needed.

✅ Technical Excellence:

• Mastery of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Bonus: Knowledge of Blender or Figma.

Must-Have Qualifications



✔ 5+ years of professional design experience.

✔ 2+ years in an ad agency (or similar fast-paced creative environment).

✔ Portfolio showcasing motion graphics, video edits, and static designs.
