💻 Role Summary

As a Senior Mobile Developer, you’ll lead the development of impactful mobile applications for iOS. You will collaborate across disciplines and take projects from ideation to launch, ensuring quality, resilience, and alignment with our mission.

🛠️ Responsibilities

• Build native iOS apps using Swift/SwiftUI.
• Collaborate with UX Designers and cross-functional teams to design high-impact features.
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code.
• Develop responsive, offline-first, and resilient mobile applications.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Stay up to date with mobile development trends and introduce innovations.
• Champion a "child-first" approach across all development.

✅ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in mobile development.
• Proven iOS development experience (Swift, SwiftUI).
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture, APIs, security protocols.
• Familiarity with mobile performance optimization and caching strategies.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, automated testing, and Agile/Scrum practices.
• Experience with third-party libraries, Git, Jira, Confluence.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in start-up environments is a plus.
• English: Advanced (B2+/C1)
