Sick of Corporate IT? Come Build Cool Stuff With Us.

You’re great at what you do — maybe even elite. But instead of solving complex problems, you’re stuck doing ticket monkey work, following slow processes, or dealing with yet another “maybe next year” budget meeting. You want something faster, smarter, and more rewarding.

We’re a modern managed services provider that supports a wide range of clients with advanced Microsoft cloud solutions.

But here’s the twist: we build like DevOps engineers, automate everything, and architect like consultants. That’s where you come in.

We’re hiring a Senior Microsoft Engineer who knows Microsoft inside and out (M365, Azure, Windows Server) and brings a DevOps automation mindset to every project. You’ll touch everything from Conditional Access to Intune to ARM/Bicep templates — and help build out our next-gen service offerings along the way.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing:

⚙️ Designing, deploying, and automating full Microsoft environments — cloud, hybrid, and on-prem.

💡 Using DevOps principles to drive infrastructure-as-code, version-controlled configurations, and reproducible environments.

🚀 Owning migrations and builds across Azure, Intune, Teams Phone, Windows Server, and hybrid identity solutions.

🔧 Building reusable scripts and tools to eliminate manual work — PowerShell, Bicep, Terraform (if you're into it), GitHub Actions, etc.

🤝 Working directly with clients, offering high-level strategy while also doing hands-on technical work.

📚 Always learning — because our clients’ environments are diverse, evolving, and packed with real engineering challenges.

The Tools You’ll Use (And Actually Love):

  • Microsoft 365:
  • Teams Phone (direct routing), Exchange Online, SharePoint, DLP, labeling, and deep Conditional Access logic (device filters, session controls, token persistence, etc.).
  • Azure Infrastructure & DevOps:
  • Full IaaS & PaaS deployments, Azure Firewall & VNet design, Azure B2B/B2C, cost management, and IaC with Bicep, ARM, or Terraform.
  • CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or whatever makes it work better and faster.
  • Intune & Endpoint Management:
  • Zero-touch deployments with Autopilot, custom compliance policies, Defender for Endpoint, remote wipe, app control, and hardening policies via Intune.
  • Windows Server & Hybrid Identity:
  • DC migrations, AD modernization, hybrid join, AAD Connect cloud sync, legacy system decommissioning, and GPO-to-MDM transitions.
  • Automation First:
  • PowerShell. Scheduled jobs. Custom modules. Git-based workflows. Repeatable builds and intelligent alerting. You don’t manually configure the same thing twice.

Who You Are:

  • A Microsoft engineer with a DevOps twist — strong on Azure and M365, but you script, automate, and think in templates.
  • You’ve got 5+ years of experience, preferably in MSP or consulting where you've worn multiple hats.
  • You’re client-facing and confident in conversations, but chill, humble, and easy to work with.
  • You have an automation-first mentality — whether it’s Intune policy, Azure infra, or even your own workflow.
  • You’re always learning, experimenting, and trying to be just a little bit better than yesterday.

Why You'll Love It Here:

You won’t get bored. Different clients, different challenges, and new tech all the time.

We build, we automate, and we improve. No repetitive, click-heavy work.

Long-term mindset. We actually care about people sticking around. We’ll invest in you.

Team-first culture. No egos, no BS. Just smart people who help each other and love what they do.

You’ll have a voice. You’ll help shape how we do things — technically and culturally.

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have experience with Terraform, Bicep, or GitHub Actions
  • Have worked with Microsoft Graph API or built automation on top of it
  • Hold Microsoft certs (Enterprise Admin, Azure Architect, Security Engineer, etc.)
  • Have a passion for building reusable tools and processes that scale across environments

Let’s Be Real:

If you want a place where you’re challenged, supported, and trusted to do your best work — and you’re tired of traditional IT culture — we should talk.

Apply now. Or don’t. But if this speaks to you, you’ll know it.
