About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Microsoft Engineer with deep expertise across Microsoft cloud technologies. You’ll play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft-based infrastructure solutions for a wide range of clients—many of whom rely on us as their trusted technology partner.

This role is perfect for someone who loves solving technical challenges, is automation-minded, and thrives in a dynamic MSP environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server environments.
• Lead technical projects and migrations for clients, ensuring smooth planning and execution.
• Provide Tier 3 support and mentoring to junior engineers.
• Automate repetitive tasks and processes using tools like PowerShell, Azure Automation, and others.
• Assist with the development of documentation, runbooks, and best practice guidelines.
• Stay current with Microsoft technologies and share knowledge within the team.

Requirements

• Microsoft Certifications:
• Minimum of 2–3 intermediate Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-104, MS-700, MS-102, SC-300)
• Advanced certification preferred (e.g., AZ-305, AZ-400, or SC-100)
• Hands-on expertise with:
• Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, networking, security)
• Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune)
• Windows Server & Active Directory (on-premises and hybrid)
• Strong PowerShell skills or equivalent scripting experience
• Excellent problem-solving skills and experience in multi-tenant environments
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or consulting environment
• Familiarity with automation frameworks, DevOps pipelines, or Infrastructure as Code
• Experience with Microsoft Defender Suite, Azure AD Conditional Access, or Sentinel
• Project leadership or client-facing experience
