A workday as a Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer
As a Senior Dynamics Developer, you will leverage your extensive experience with Dynamics 365 to design, develop, and implement robust solutions tailored to client needs. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, offer strategic insights, and deliver top-tier implementations that streamline business operations and enhance customer engagement.
As a Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM developer, you will have Tech lead responsibility and make sure we follow Releye's methods and DevOps principles as well as taking a role as an architect and solution designer. As a senior developer you are technically responsible for the larger implementations.
But you are not alone - we work as a team and help each other.
Some of your responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Dynamics 365 solutions to optimize business processes.
- Design workflows, plugins, and custom integrations for complex enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and architect innovative solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Dynamics 365-related issues, ensuring optimal performance.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to our knowledge-sharing culture.
We believe you have the following skills and experience:
- 5+ years of Dynamics 365 development, including Customer Engagement (Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service).
- Working with Azure services.
- Working with Power Platform, Power automate and cloud flows.
- Expertise in C#, JavaScript, SQL, CRM plugins, workflows
- Experienced in working with CRM integrations
- Working as a consultant.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Meritorious is also:
- Experience of solution design, designing integrations and architecture experience
- Certification within Microsoft Power platform or Dynamic 365 Customer Engagement.
- Previous work with migration from older to newer versions of Dynamics or other CRM platform.
