We are seeking experienced and motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developers with a strong background in both Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations F and O and Customer Engagement CE. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-stack D365 development, integration, and support. You will work on enhancements, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure the smooth functioning of D365 applications across business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize solutions for D365 F and O and D365 CE or CRM modules
• Support day-to-day issues, incidents, and enhancements across Finance, Operations, and Customer Engagement systems
• Develop custom plugins, workflows, extensions, and reports using X plus plus, C Sharp, and Power Platform tools
• Integrate D365 with external systems using Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, APIs, and Dataverse
• Handle configuration, deployment, and performance optimization of D365 modules
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional consultants to understand and translate requirements into technical solutions
• Document technical designs, solutions, and provide knowledge transfer to support teams

Required Skills and Experience

• 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in D365 F and O AX and D365 CE or CRM development and support
• Overall 7+ years of development experience
• Strong command over X plus plus, C Sharp, JavaScript, Dot NET, and SQL Server
• Experience in Power Platform Power Apps and Power Automate
• Integration knowledge using Azure Services such as Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus
• Familiarity with LCS, Data Management Framework, OData, and Batch Jobs
• Good understanding of D365 security model, form customizations, and workflows
• Experience with production environments and issue resolution
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications in D365 F and O or Power Platform
• Exposure to DevOps for Dynamics and CI or CD pipelines
• Ability to work in a cross-functional, remote team environment
