Email/Exchange Management: Administer and support mail flow.
Mail Flow: Ensuring efficient and secure mail flow within the organization.
Hybrid Configurations: Managing hybrid configurations between on-premises and cloud environments.
Security and Compliance: Implementing security measures and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Outlook: Managing and troubleshooting Microsoft Outlook
Exchange Admin Center (EAC): Using the EAC for managing Exchange Online mailboxes, transport rules, and security policies.
SMTP: Understanding and managing Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) for email transmission.
PowerShell: Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks
Managing Microsoft M365 Client Portal: Work with SCCM team to assist with deploying updates and working to make all clients compliant.
User Support: Provide technical support and training to users, addressing issues and queries related to messaging systems including working with Microsoft support to assist in more complex issues.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, policies, and procedures.
Service-now Ticketing Tools: Experience with managing support tickets and resolving issues
Cross-collaboration team experience: Ability to work effectively with various teams and departments.
Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 per annum
