Lincoln & Creed is partnering with a dynamic, forward-thinking engineering firm to find a Senior Mechanical Engineer & Project Manager who thrives on innovation, leadership, and making a meaningful impact. ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is ideal for a seasoned mechanical engineer with 8–15 years of experience in MEP design and project management, particularly in sectors such as hospitals, schools, high-rise residential, family housing, and commercial facilities. This leader will manage the full lifecycle of HVAC design projects, mentor junior staff, and drive business development efforts. Your consulting and technical expertise will help shape sustainable, efficient building systems across diverse built environments.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as Engineer of Record and lead project delivery (scope, schedule, and budget)
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Oversee project teams and mentor junior engineers
  • Manage multiple projects and ensure deliverables are on time and on budget
  • Lead or contribute to proposal and estimating efforts
  • Represent the firm with professionalism and technical expertise in client and stakeholder meetings
  • Conduct site visits and oversee construction administration as needed
  • Ensure quality control in accordance with internal Quality Management Plan (QMP)
  • Coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • Participate in and contribute to business development initiatives


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
  • 8–15 years of mechanical engineering experience, preferably in HVAC design for MEP projects
  • Proven success in project management roles
  • Experience working on healthcare, education, high-rise, multifamily, and commercial projects
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills

💼 Compensation Range:

$110,000 – $150,000 annually (dependent on location and experience)

Locations include:

  • Vancouver, WA
  • Remote (Portland, OR)
  • Remote (Kalispell, MT)
